 Definition of Learning

1. Learning happens when there is an interaction and response

As a teacher, it is a challenging role to see positive changes as a result of learning in my classroom. Finding different classroom strategies to manage classroom behavior is vital if you want to see progress in your students not just academically but also socially and emotionally. 

Keys to a Focus on Learning

I  choose to focus on having responsive and reflective practitioners as the main role in getting success to students' learning because for the school to achieve its mission and vision teachers must be responsive to their students' needs and be reflective of the changes that occur.
