Daily Action

To use multisensory instructions in my stations to make my students more engaged and collaborative in their learning. This will also increase concentration and focus during stations.

Reflection:

Being a self-actualizer is providing students' needs by nurturing them as unique individuals and encouraging them to love learning and develop to their potential. As a new teacher, I knew that I was still in the process of learning and getting resourceful ideas to help me become an effective teacher. I always treat my students as all unique and I always believe that teachers should teach from the heart.
