Effective Teaching Characteristics - Day 3

Daily Action Plan

 Effective Teaching Characteristics

After learning all the nine different basic principles of an effective teacher, I will try to apply some in my class to check my efficiency as a teacher. I would start by identifying my desired results for the topic I am teaching. I have to specify the big ideas of my lesson then I have to determine what they should know and understand. This will help them to achieve the desired result that I wanted.

Reflection

To become an effective teacher, one should possess those necessary characteristics. To become effective in your teaching, you as a teacher should be compassionate to your students by treating them as unique individuals. I should establish my classroom structure to maintain the order and organization of my class. I should make my classroom welcoming to all my students as well. Then build a good rapport with my students to make them feel assured and well taken care of.
