Effective Teaching Characteristics - Day 3

Daily Action Plan  Effective Teaching Characteristics After learning all the nine different basic principles of an effective teacher, I will try to apply some in my class to check my efficiency as a teacher. Day 2- Effective Teaching Reflections

Day 2 Daily Action To use multisensory instructions in my stations to make my students more engaged and collaborative in their learning. This will also increase concentration and focus during stations. Reflection: Being a self-actualizer is providing students' needs by nurturing them as unique individuals and encouraging them to love learning and develop to their potential. As a new teacher, I knew that I was still in the process of learning and getting resourceful ideas to help me become an effective teacher. I always treat my students as all unique and I always believe that teachers should teach from the heart.

Day 1- Effective Teaching Reflections

Definition of Learning 1. Learning happens when there is an interaction and response  2. Learning is a process of getting new knowledge or ideas 3.  Learning can happen anywhere, everywhere and anytime 4. Learning is a continuous process As a teacher, it is a challenging role to see positive changes as a result of learning in my classroom. Finding different classroom strategies to manage classroom behavior is vital if you want to see progress in your students not just academically but also socially and emotionally.  Keys to a Focus on Learning I  choose to focus on having responsive and reflective practitioners as the main role in getting success to students' learning because for the school to achieve its mission and vision teachers must be responsive to their students' needs and be reflective of the changes that occur.  Reflecting on the Keys to a Focus on Learning, rank your school. 1. Responsive and reflective practitioners 2. Shared definition 3. Profe...
